The first time I had a French 75 was in NYC at the Palm. It was my favorite drink for years and I still have one occasionally. We did on occasion use vermouth instead of Gin sans the sugar as vermouth has sugar in it. Some of my favorite years were those spent in NYC.

Very fresh, perfect for a summer evening! I did slightly less gin, more like a ounce and a half, and much less simple syrup, and it was lovely.
Great recipe! Lovely fresh taste. I found the gin a little bit strong, so I added more simple syrup and champagne. That being said, my boyfriend loved it as is! Thank you Chris ❤️🍾
Just Love this super simple but lovely cocktail on the first warm day of spring!
